Every phone has its pros and cons even flagships. However, with this price range you shouldn't expect more. According to its price, this phone is doing its job very well regardless of the non stable miui which is improving with time and hopefully MIUI 13 will be a great change.

Well. Its a very good phone. I personally use it. It has a excellent finger print sensor & it has an very satisfying camera with 1080p with 60fps camera.

Piece of crap. Worst phone purchase in my life. The proximity sensor emulation is super badly achieved, works 20% of the time. The speaker configuration is absolutely shit when calling people just dont hear you. I dont give a shit whether it has a fast processor if it is not able to do stuff that nokia 5100 was already doing nicely.

But, aside of prices, I prefer this rather much cheaper RN10 and Android, for its much easier customizable for daily use, many (free) apps, longer battery, and -again- for the price this RN10 is so good.

For this price range you shouldn't expect more, otherwise go pay 1000USD and buy an iphone or any other flagship phone including xiaomi's flagships.

Of course there are factory errors. This also happens with more expensive phones. Lots of negative comments. I can say all praise for this phone. And buy this xiaomi redmi note 10. I have three pieces used by me, my wife and child. We have no problems

After just 7 months of usage, my Note 10 display is filled with blue ink splashed across the screen. The service center says that this is because of too much pressure applied on the display, but this isn't true, as the phone is mostly used by my 10-year old son for online classes. It seems this issue is not covered under warranty and I have to pay the cost (about Rs 5,000).
This looks more a manufacturing defect on the AMOLED display, as my previous Mi Note 4 was working perfectly (but for replacing displays due to physical damage).
I don't recommend buying this model, or for that matter, any phone with AMOLED display. There is nothing technologically super about this display; it's just a waste of money!

The charger port and charger and all phone's hardware are still perfect, battery life amazing. It's either you are using the phone in a very bad way or you bought a fake non genuine phone. Xiaomi's problem is not with hardware but with non-stable MIUI that is full of bugs. Let's wait for MIUI 13 to reach our phone that is pretended to be bugs free and very stable. We'll see what will it bring and if it will be up to our expectations.

After installing Custom ROM not, but I don't know if the 'Custom ROM' is also MiUI (although different version than the original).. maybe will still get too but I'm not sure.
Hassle.. well ..
You don't want to accept your phone (dialler app) as it is, so 'there's price you have to pay' i(some additional work, you may call it hassle, other may call it hobby to customizing, experimenting etc).. f you want to change it, it's all up to you of course.

Don't get piece of a crap phone after only 7 months of use charging port broke due to it getting burned apparently. Before I bought this phone I had my sisters old Samsung note 3
its battery life was so bad that I promised myself never gonna use my phone while charging and I didnt use it while charging it just got burnt i went to tech fix companies they say there is no replacement port model is available bc this is rare model piece of shit f the chinese
