Sam, 10 Jul 2023Mine 3rd year , super good , no problem.It was released back on March 2021. If you mean you got the device the moment it was released, it is just 2 years and 4 months old not 3 years like you're saying. Good for you though.

This is by far the LAGGIEST phone I have ever bought, the animations are super laggy and I barrely can play any games without lagging every time, this phone sucks

What a poor MIUI of xiaomi 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 today I factory reset my phone, now, themes are no longer making changes, and my older themes no longer appear in the search and doesn't exist. After two years of using xiaomi, I came to a final opinion. For a normal phone user who just want to take photos, scroll the internet, use social media and whatsapp, Xiaomi gives you specs at a much lower price compared to other brands. But for a user who takes care of the details and want to customize and make changes inside the phone, MIUI proved to be the worst UI and a one full of eternal bugs that will never be fixed even in MIUI 100

They've spare parts and they're trained specifically to repair and fix issues for Xiaomi phones.. In addition, this is your experience & not everyone elses. Any brand of phone will give up on you if you are the type who is reckless. At most times, the phone's lifespan will depend on how you use and take care of it.

I bought 2 RedMinote 9s last 2020 for me and my wife. after more than 3 years, her phone just stopped working while mine is repeatedly going on and off. we brought it to the technicians but they say its the CPU that causes the problem while mine is the battery. i dont have a plan to buy xiaomi again. im going back again to samsung. i think samsung works and has better quality than xiaomi.

My device redmi note 10 started hanging few months after purchase and now it has worsened.It hangs so much that as soon as I turn on the mobile it starts hanging. I adivse new customer not to buy it.Even after reseting the device,it starts hanging after few minutes.

My redmi developed a fault yesterday, and I have been thinking.. it's not upto a year, it was on low ba3 and I plugged it to my power bank, and it automatically switched off and uptil now, it have not turn on. What's the issue? And where is your office located in Abuja?

MIUI 14 for this phone is just a name miui 14 and nothing new and no changes from miui 13. So why to update xiaomi??? Why?? I am now very sure after using this phone for about two years, and upgrading from miui 12 to 12.5 to 13 and now to 14 that xiaomi will never be able to eliminate the bugs from all Miui versions, they are all just new skins with veryyy minimal changes that are exclusive to shape only. Every new update, xiaomi promises that the new miui version will be the BUGS free miui version with big propaganda and leaks that turn to be just words. All third party customisation apps doesn't work with any MIUI version, like volume styles, once cleared from recent apps will stop working immediately. Also, most third party gallery apps , take a long time to load newly captured photos and some you need to exit and enter the app several times before the new images load. All these bugs was never fixed from MIUI 12 until miui 14 and will never be fixed even until MIUI 100. All the mentioned apps work just perfectly on my Samsung phone that uses the same app version and is working on the same android version but Samsung's skin not xiaimi's skin. Tooooooo bad miui.

Put dns.adguard.com .u won't got a single ad anywhere not even in chrome
