I have been using Redmi Note 10 pro (8GB+128GB, 108MP) for 1 month now and have noticed few issues:
Major:
Problem with microphone mostly during video calls. Sound dips and people on the other side cannot understand most of the time, sometimes during voice calls as well. My wife also owns the same phone and we both have to use earphones all the time while talking.
Minor:
The screen is not bright enough.
Heats while charging.
I don't think it has an ear sensor or maybe it is not working properly. It makes you annoying if you have to access something during the call and put it back to the ear. This part isn't user friendly.

From last week I can't seem to have LTE, wcdma, GSM, Tsdcma at the same time. I'll have to use either LTE only or WCDMA and GSM and it only happens to my MTN Nigeria SIM card. Others SIM cards are working perfectly okay.

Just purchased the device 8/128 Variant and updated it to Miui 12.5.6 and it flies.
I like the look that Miui got so I'm sticking with the default launcher since it has a lot of nice features, unlike stock android which is boring.
The Battery life is excellent. I'm reaching 6-7 hours SOT at 120hz and it could be 8 hours if I set it at 60hz.
The Display is great. It's probably the best display that I used compared to an LCD from which my previous phone had.
I haven't used the camera much but from what I've seen it's great especially the 108mp mode. The details that you get are phenomenal.
The only "bad" or con is the headphone jack placement since I need to put it upside down when putting it in my pocket but it's just a slight inconvenience that I can deal with.
As the first Xiaomi phone that I own, I am impressed.

I love the specification of this device and I would love to buy it before the end of this week.
While researching I discovered there's Global, Indian and China Version.
How do I differentiate? I want the Global version.

There are lots of issues in this phone when using with the 120Hz. In my device, sometimes the dark areas turn into violet color. Sometimes the gesture navigations not working properly.

Below my expectations...
Crashes sometimes when charging and using with Bluetooth on.
Dropping fps while on MEDIUM GRAPHICS ON MOBILE LEGENDS.
Gets too heat fastly when playing mobile legends
Front camera not good on facebook messenger.
Social media apps lags when used together
Not a good one 2star for this.

I don't play games with my phone at all. I'm online a social media type. Can't on my data from morning till night and that's all. Does Redmi Note 10 Pro still heat up when used my way since I don't play games or does the phone overheat?
Cause there's a big difference between overheat and heating?
