I am a very roug... moreMaybe u lucky because my Redmi 7 (2gb/16 gb) performance is so bad because it will freeze when play Pubg after a few minutes and another game called Survival on raft (try to play with my friend) it freeze at "main menu" so laggy for no reason. But when I play on my Redmi 7a 2gb/32gb it runs well without any freeze but of course lower fps bcuz worse cpu than Redmi 7 im just disappointed it can be like that. It happens at MIUI 11.0.1 and now updated to 11.0.2 while Redmi 7a got MIUI 12 *facepalm*. I wanna unlock bootloader and custom rom maybe it will run much better but eh kinda lazy since u need to wait for a ling time to unlock it unlike old Samsung just install bang done....

I received a Redmi 10 pro yesterday ($279) for myself coming from a Huawei Mate 10. My sons Redmi note 7 still works great after 3 years so im not worried about all talk here about battery life and bloatware.. Bloatware can be removed or deactivated and actually there was less than i expected on the Note 10. So far im happy with it. Yes the main camera is 108mp.

Hi, I consider swithing to this phone that has all the features I need (and more...) at least on paper, as soon as I can try it in a closeby shop.
My only doubt; on the GSMarena spec sheet there is no USB OTG mentionned, but all phones support it nowdays; can someone (that has the 10 pro) confirm it is actually supported ? Thanks a lot...

With coupons/ discounts, it will be easily reduced to 240-250 dollars. Yes availability is an issue. Note 10 pro is announced but not available yet. However here, Samsung A52 is not even announced yet.

I have dropped it hundreds of time including water bucket, snow, rain, mud pools etc but this sturdy phone is still running fine. Only battery time got reduced after 2 years but I still get one day of usage which is pretty good. Software is a subjective matter. I have used Samsung and Huawei but like MIUI more. The only annoying thing for me is ads in MIUI. But I can bear it given the riduculously low price of Xiaomi phones

Anonymous, 17 Mar 2021Talk what you want. Facts are redmi note 10 pro will become... moreYes, but FACTS are that Xiaomi at least lets you unlock the bootloader (unlike Samsung), and you can install a custom rom.
So after 2 years of usage if this device does start to behave oddly, you can always unlock the bootloader and switch to a custom rom and even root this device.
Let's not even talk about GCAM and what this device can do, given that it has a very powerful midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
At the end of the day, you can just get rid of all bloatware through ADB and just use the default stock software. It's not like anyone will hold you at gunpoint to keep using the device as it came out the first day. With Xiaomi, at least you get the freedom to do whatever you want.

Maybe tiny bit less with some coupon from alliexpress. A52 4g is 349euro with lots of units available and likely price to go down in next 2 weeks just when reviews are out as more sellers will be selling it. Gives you so much more than redmi note 10 pro. This is the real bang for buck here. Waiting for poco X3 Pro only chance for xiaomi.

what the hell do you want from a phone at this price? unlike you i don't have any special feeling for any company, i owned an iphone, nokia, sammy, moto, realme and now a xiaomi, stop being fanboys of any brand, the don't give a damn about you, only your money, if a company is being shady and starts being greedy, go with someone else, doesn't matter what nationality or how popular they are, as long as they have products that are good/great for the money you payed.
