why the india version the redmi pro 10 max has 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps, 720p@960fps, while this global one just stuck with 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60fps ??? itsn't both the same hardware? they purposely lock the software?

the non pro would cost a bit over 130 euros with the coupon, since i had a realme phone with a sd 712 it didn't feel right replacing it with the vanilla version just for the oled screen (i don't care much about 120hz since i have a shitty internet to be able to scroll fast enough to notice any different, but since gsmarena tested the phone on both 120 and 60hz and didn't see any difference in battery life i would probably leave it on 120 hopefully when it arrives in a month or 2 just in time for miui 12.5 to uninstall the unwanted crap).
