MIUI specifically the latest 13 is somewhat buggy but overall it does its job & will eventually be fixed in future updates. Just dont drop the phone or if you are gaming for long hours, play with an electric fan or may in an AC room to keep temps low not under the sun or very hot room.

    I purchased a Redmi Note 10 pro late last August 2021. Since I bought it, the phone was not working properly and all of the time the phone line was cut off. I sent it to Xiaomi Repair centre in Ashford, Kent twice and each time did something to it and sent back to me. I received a call from their office that if the phone did not work properly, I should contact Xiaomi direct. Unfortunately when I searched for an email or contact address, the only contact details given for any country is the ‘service’ department: so I am stuck here with an unreliable phone and seemingly no-one from Xiaomi who can help. I bought this phone in good faith, and now whilst it is perfect as a camera, it is wholly unreliable as a phone. I sent them few emails and ask for help in this matter and so far I did not receive any responses.

I also have a hard time believing it at first but then more and more people got that issue luckily most of them are still covered by their Warranty but to those that lost their proof/receipt, I heard they have to pay 9k php.
      They're figuring what the cause might be and what they've found in common to those that also experienced the issue are:
      1. Overheating - Service Centers told them that the problem is in the Motherboard and Overheating might be the cause.
      2. Newer Released Devices - that group gathered Data for those that experienced the issue and surprisingly found out that no devices released on 2021.05 and older have issues. They thought that it is possible that Xiaomi hasten the Manufacturing of the newer phones because of how well it sold out and might have skipped quality control.

      Though this is just Speculations but as you said, you can try it for yourself but for me, the part where my System goes haywire is when the phone is hot (at least 45°C) where slow Camera Switching occur or sometimes Crash. It really worries me that the signs are already there which means my phone is one of them and all I can do now is buy a phone cooler to at least prevent it from further damage.

        I've been using this for my everyday use and heavy gaming / Phone us. and never had encountered an issue except for it's mic and audio during and while on call. That's my only problem and I guess I'm lucky I didn't get the defective unit like everyone on last batch of RN10PRO bought

I suggest that if the phone reaches to high temperatures, try observing the camera by switching from rear to front camera.
            If the Camera switches slowly than normal then it is a sign.

                This phone is good for it's price... at least on paper. There's no magic involved here to get this specs from this price.
                I've been using this phone for 3 months now and joined a FB Group specifically for this phone then I noticed how Xiaomi drag down it's price.
                1. Ads and Bloatwares
                2. Hardware is cheap. This is the main reason why YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PHONE! At high temperatures, Signal Receiver will struggle to maintain your signal, it'll become unstable. Also the motherboard has a very low tolerance against high temperature that continuous usage at even a mere 45° C will risk the phone's motherboard from being broken. This have happened to many users and the first sign of the tragedy is the Front Camera not working.

                Only buy the phone if you're living in a nice cold place to prevent from "overheating" or if you're interested in it's price to performance ratio other than that, I recommend that you should pick another phone from another brands, at least you won't regret it.

                    I want to change my old phone to new one. When I see Redmi Note 10 Pro, it has a very good specifications. For some reason, when I look at the reviews, it has some negative reviews about this phone. Here's my one question; is it good for gaming? I don't care about the graphics and stuff but is it really good? Like there's no issues and problems while using it? Please respond fast!!

                      Adaptive theming from Android 12 doesn't work in 13.0.4. For example Gmail (hamburger) menu and button "Compose" have the green tint despite I change wallpaper to orange. No matter what I do it stay green, like if it was affected by greenish wallpaper that 13.0.4 comes with.

                        Guys when I use many apps the same time.. Suddenly the wifi starts to be slow very slow and when I put it off then when I put in on my router isn't in search.. I should wait 1-2 minutes to find it again

                          So after redownload the latest software and hard reset the device. I after installing everything as a new device without backup solved most problems. The only problem i have now is that 120hz don't work, 60hz seems more smooth and when 120hz is on the whole system feels slow. Maybe the device have trubbel handling it. So will stick with 60hz...

                          But solved:
                          Old pulldown menu to the new one.
                          Battery drain is much less.
                          System feels smoother at least in 60hz.
                          All notification sounds was the same before in all apps, now I hear the apps individual sounds.
                          Sound quality and sensors work better.
                          Overall almost back to normal.
                          Still I'm on an older build them most and there is no way to update, hopefully they will release an OTA sooner then later with more fixes.

                              Still no update after 13.0.3, tried getting later rom with pc and suit but the mi suit won't recognize the phone. Tells me to update but there is no update for the phone. At least I re-download the rom from the settings meny then just erased the whole phone and now menus and other things have changed. Hope this also fixes the other issues. So probably the rom was not installed correctly before and bugged. Don't know. It's stupid you even have to go thru such hassle to make things work....

                                Please Help me with tips, My WhatsApp keep crashing after Updating to the Latest MIUI 13.0.4.

                                Can Someone please Help me with tips to stop this?

I use it as a replacement for Tele/zoom. For all other stuff, the standard produces better results. For macro, go pro mode and max the focus for the nearest distance.
