The solution would be installing a custom rom like xiaomi.eu. Alternatively you can install some call recording app from play store, it may not work as good as built in one though.

The latest MIUI release of 13.0.4 mada my Redmi Note 10 Pro become slow. All functions and apps becoming slow. Even when I want to lock the phone manually after usage also becoming slow. Everything lagging.

I installed the recent android 12 update. Scrolling is not smooth at all. Seems like the 120hz refresh rate is not smooth in this recent update

Is there a way to revert back to a previous version? After the update, the games are all lagging and reloading like, every few mins. Really annoying.

Anonymous, 03 Mar 2022Maybe you can manually update your phone to the latest 13.0... moreFirst of all, yes reset can help with big updates. But when every update is same size even with just security patch it seems they just update a rom that you always reinstall and it's not very good. I tried myself to find a later update then 0.3 with windows and such. No luck. Just have to live with the bugs and problems til they push out fixes. And knowing xiaomi now it will take a good while. Planning to get a newer samsung now becouse they updated their update policy to 5 years. And I know they push updates faster then most. Just wish xiaomi could go back to stock android instead of working together with other brands. It's sad.

Gino76ph, 01 Mar 2022I always do a factory reset twice before i actually make it... moreMaybe you can manually update your phone to the latest 13.0.5 I think using Xiaomi Firmware Updater for Windows. No need to unlock bootloader just download from their site the latest avialable firmware but must be the same region.

I recommend samsung a52s over this phone. In my country they both same price. Can't recommend this xiaomi anymore. They don't care about functionality anymore, only push buggy updates with nothing new but problems...

I can't recommend this phone anymore. It has to many problems and too bad support. Xiaomi was good until they sold out and change to some dirt UI that gives no functionality of you don't have the flagship. Can't even have regular notification sounds! No it's some theme global sound every app every message sounds the same. And I can't find any way to change this.... Miss the old xiaomi MI a2 with clean android and good support for years. Today even tho I can't believe I say it the best midrange phones are samsung. Best support of all even better then Google pixel?! if you go flagship but even midrange get alot. They ad even functions Google leave out from their phones and are now just rising above all. It hurts to say believe me I hated samsung for a long time but now it's the best android experience out there and it's sad. Bye xiaomi you collab with others to give trash to people :(

Faaar better processor (both CPU and GPU are faster) SD732G vs SD680, the 680 uses the A73 core design from 2016 LOL. Better rear and front cam: 108mp vs 50mp, 16mp vs 13mp. Better screen, 120Hz Amoled vs 90Hz amoled. Almost the entire Redmi Note 11 lineup is a downgrade and failure, ignore them. The only "decent" Note 11 is the Pro 5G but its barely an upgrade over the RN10Pro while costing waaaay more.
