This Phone could have become a demolition squad for all other mid-segment phones .. but for the lack of 3.5 mm headphone jack.
This lag in specification may not raise it to the levels of Redmi Note 10 Pro / Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in India.
3.5 mm is a very convenient option for people on the go / in transit.

Personally, I would go with the Note 10pro as I prefer lcd screens in any case. Was going to get one but after trying it out today I cancelled my order as the camera seemed too poor and it also doesn't support GMS. Probably need to spend more to get a decent camera

No microsd slot, no 3.5mm jack. Just rename it as iRedmi Note 10 Minus. They still dare to call this "Pro" when 3.5mm jack and microsd slot are not present for this price.

But many things that make it quite expensive too if we compare with Q3 Pro. It has GG Vuctus, splash resistance IP rating, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, IR-blaster, larger battery, faster charging.
-GG Vuctus is important to protect display stronger.
-Splash resistance rating is important for rain condition.
-Bluetooth 5.2 is very important for wireless audio transfer.
- NFC is important for payment
- IR blaster is important for easy controlling home electronic.
- Large battery because using Mediatek
- Faster charging is important of course for faster battery energy recovery.

doesn't have 3.5mm jack....even with Ips Display
just like K40 Gaming
but
Realme Q3 Pro (d1100)
Realme Gt Neo (d1200)
Realme Gt (sd888)
All had 3.5mm jack
Q3 pro....Amoled....3.5mm jack
Note 10 pro....Ips....sd card....bcuz of Ips...they could add 3.5mm jack to this model but they didn't do that

I think Xiaomi can make note 10 pro 5g with amoled display and 108 mp camera for global market and rise price than china version .it can be a great mobile phone in 2021

Same price as the competition (Realme Q3 pro) for the base model with a much cheaper screen (120hz lcd versus 120hz Amoled) and same budget OV64b camera sensor, and same processor. But actually it is more expensive than the Q3 pro for 8g 128gb and 8g 256gb variants. Processor and charging are upgraded from the note 9 pro but the Camera is a major downgrade and SD card slot has been removed along with the headphone jack and the build quality is plastic instead of glass. Basically, I would say around on par with the competition at the same price range in China but nothing special
