The Dimensity 1100 5G is a Flagship Grade Chipset while the Snapdragon 732G is just Midrange. It also has Dolby Atmos Speakers. The Chinese Exclusive is always better than their Global launch phone just like what they did with the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

The problem is not the price, wireless headphones will never be as practical as wired cause they require charging.

I knew they wouldn't kick the regular Note 10 Pro (Max) off the podium. This is essentially Xiaomi's answer to people who were unimpressed with the Snapdragon 732G. But I'm uncertain if people are willing to sacrifice the OLED screen, the cameras, and the headphone jack for the faster chip.
(Sidenote, the people who are complaining about no headphone jack have a point when these dirt-cheap price tags is concerned. At this price of less than 300 dollars, people will not be willing to spend extra on wireless earbuds. However, this doesn't justify the trollers saying "no jack no buy" for flagships or expensive phones. People who buy those phones will have enough money for TWS as well.)
