Phone works great in the Philippines. Using a 512GB SD card for photos and videos. Will overheat and shutdown during hot outdoor video sessions. Display is marginal in bright sunlight, but very good otherwise. Powerful processor, good screen response when swiping. good audio with headphones / ear buds. Rugged case has protected phone during a few drops -- no issues. Delete / disable unused features for best battery life. Now -- after three years of constant use -- the battery no longer lasts a full day. No surprise. Phone has been great, inspiring us to purchase other Xiaomi Redmi series phones. All have been reliable to date.

I'm still rocking this phone, from day one of using it I flashed the custom rom , right now I'm using project elixir v4.2 android 14,
I'm still getting 9 to 10 hours plus screen on time with battery health degraded to 74 percent ,
It is the only rom on this phone I've tested that works well with memory swap, extended ram works better than the stock, I added 6gb ram of swap memory with Swappiness of 100 percent , it works fully, feels like the real 12gb ram ,

The display is very nice , flagship level , the battery is fine from 80 the missing update is the issue getting bugs oftenly but generally the phone is very cool

I have been using Redmi note pro max for last 3 years. I have used it without case and fell more than 20 times. But still everything is working fine. I'm not impressed by it's 108mp camera. But overall performance for it's price is appreciated. I never felt lag except the inbuilt message app which hangs sometimes. My phone's memory is almost full but still the performance is smooth. Overall a best value for money phone.

i was using this phone from last 2 year but few days ago phone has been off automatic i go for repairing but they said "motherboard has been damaged, need to change motherboard" so i don't like redmi note 10 series more.

I saled Galaxy Note 10 plus and bought this phone from 2 years,until now there is no problem at all everything well,now its software Android 13 and MIU 14,the Camera is perfect the battery still from 6 morning to the night.I love Xaiomi specialy Note series.

don't buy this phone .. worst phone ever ..censor problem and in silent mode you wont feel that mob is vibrating ... worst and worst and worst phone ever .... go for samsung don't buy this phone .

Hi. My dad's been using the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max for about 2 years now. It's been okay up till now. Performance is still decent, but he's been complaining about the battery - charging it at least 3-4 times a day. And he's not doing anything excessive - just normal, day to day work. Checking emails, calling,etc. Simple stuff. Not sure if anyone else has the same problem?
Haven't noticed anything about software bugs as some of you stated. Looking to upgrade his phone. I've been recommended the Remi 12. But when I compared specs, the Note 10 Pro Max still has a much better screen and chipset.
We bought his Note 10 Pro Max for $290 at the time. Recommended upgrades?

I have been using it for two and half years, at first the front camera stopped working for 3 months i used it without front camera and now all the other things have stopped working microphone, speaker, audio jack, bluetooth, now what I have is just a display with back camera

Using mine in Brasil and it's incredible working without any issue, camera, screen, sound... everything's fine. Using MiUI 14

I have been using this product for more than 2 and half years and it's alright till now. It's working very good and didn't have any problem in it. Even the camera and the features that it gives is not available in any other set.

Waste of money...with the latest update, first camera stopped working and then the mobile switched off suddenly...it got a cpu problem..shame on Xiaomi n redmi mobiles...
Never go for redmi phones..or else u will regret for entire life...
