Zeus, 19 Apr 2022Lol why would you play in low after buying this though? It&... moreDont be a fool. G95 aswell as G96 are technically the same 12nm socs besides their gpu where G96 is crap, so both will heat up if pushed hard compared to its SD counterpart albeit a bit expensive.
I play low-med because I play somewhat competitively so I need stable FPS. I know this is a budget midrange MediaTek phone & not Qualcomm Snapdragon. I know the limits of the phone hence I am not stupid playing under the sun or during hot days without proper cooling.

Realme no heat issues? Clearly your lying as it throttles or stutters so much so in codm that it crashes with its weak G96 soc.

Youre probably blind to think LCD beats the AMOLED in the Note 10S or you just got used to how bad REALME Screens are even their oled garbage.

If you cant disable Video Enhancement then just use Youtube Vanced or browser to stream youtube.

Note 10s is still on MIUI12/A11 & more stable than MIUI13/A12 so I dont know what bugs you talking about unlike Realme throttling & overheating.

Realme has no heat issues even on high settings

Stop defending this terrible phone. Xiaomi messed up bad. The Amoled screen is alos cheap and worse than most LCDs out there.

And that vidoe enhancement thing can't be disabled

Plus it has lots of bugs in MIUI

Mine only gets warm in an ac room or with fan blowing but gets warmer with no cooling on temperate area specially this coming summer so best to play with fan to blow cool air.

No it doesnt overheat(overexagerated) to the point of being untouchable.

Youtube videos have been commented on multiple times already, just exclude it in "TOOLBOX", Video Tweaks to disable the video enhancement thing.

Huge difference in Graphic capability where G95 is vastly superior than G96 downgraded gpu. Mali-76mc4 vs Mali-57mc2.

G95 can record upto 4k videos while G96 cannot.

Realme is more stable and has better ui. Not much difference between G95 and 96

And Narzo 30 5g is also better

I bought this device (Redmi Note 10s 6gb/128gb) not long ago. When I use video applications like youtube and star+, the video image quality is very bad. This is normal? Is your device like that too?

I understand You.
But here is another issue, out of few more.
If you set some app to show persistent notifications(in upper display area), Viber, Accu Weather..etc.
Then, it will stand there as long untill You do memory clean or, like in example before, turn off the phone. Again, that settings will, either, be lost(Accu weather) or eventually, will appear but will be lost in mentioned cases.
And, no, I did not turn off system-custom apps.
On the other hand, I am not the only one having this issue, it is obvious.
Having said that, no need to repeat, but there is much more places where we see that people are talking about this.
Still, I love this phone, anyway :)

Then I called my phone, sent sms and set an alarm after restarting my phone 5 times but I couldn't find the same issue as you mentioned, My sister's Redmi Note 10S didn't experience this issue either.

Try checking your ringtone settings sequentially and have you ever uninstalled Xiaomi default apps related to sound or notifications using ADB Fastboot?

I don't know which version you get in your region but where I live my phone gets MIUI Global 12.5.7.0 as the latest MIUI version and it's possible that each MIUI version has different bugs.

When I turn it on again, there is no my tone when I get message, just default tone....
Altough, it shows my tone as set for messages?!?
So, i concluded that problem is with permanent message permision to use custom folder or tones.
I've read on one more place that this series of Xiaomi phones(or miui) have problems with permisions.

Because on my phone be it app permissions, app battery saver settings or settings in every app never change even when I restart the phone.

Settings will only change if I disable MIUI optimization.

If you mean a request for aggrements, like in the Mi Video app, as long as you never accept it the app will continue to show the request.

Everything is just fine with this phone.
Except only one software issue which affects many more other things.
It's an permission cancellation issue for some apps.
Particulary, when you set something, let's say some in app settings, it lasts only untill phone is turned off.
After turning phone on, there is no settings you have set, but You have to do that again.....untill next turn off.
HOPEFULLY, Xiaomi will read this.
People, please favour this comment, since it will make this phone even better.
