If that is indeed what you are talking about then the feature is still available on my phone by accessing Settings -> Apps -> Manage Home Screen Shortcuts.

      Phone guy 14, 07 Apr 2022My mom has this phone and she's having issues with it ... moreTry to do a hardware check go to Settings -> About Phone -> All Specs -> then repeatedly press Kernel Version until enter FQC test then do screen, microphone or other hardware test.

      If the hardware is working fine try downloading and reinstalling the latest available MIUI, go to Settings -> MIUI Version -> Download Latest Package.

      My advice is only take the phone to a service center if there is a problem with the hardware because if the problem is only in software there is a possibility that your phone will be dismantled by a service center technician but the issue you are experiencing is not resolved until there is a software fix update.

      I'm using a Redmi 10S with MIUI 12.5.7.0 and I've never had any of the issues you mentioned.

          My mom has this phone and she's having issues with it yesterday the screen randomly went green she had to turn it off and on to fix it is this a common issue? She's also having issues with calling when she calls she can't hear the person who is talking to her. Thanks to anyone who wants to help

                      I'm using the Redmi Note 10S 8/128 in white while my sister is using the Redmi Note 10S 6/64GB in blue, both of our phones come with a 33 Watt charger that says 33W on the charger and red color on the inside of the USB port.

                      If your phone has the same charger as mine but still takes more than 2 hours to charge then it's possible that your phone has a problem.

                        How long does it take to fully load?
                        I bought this Indian-made RN 10s global version mobile a week ago. The first and second full recharge took about 2 hours and 30 minutes each. The third and fourth full recharge took about 2 hours and 10 minutes each. This is normal? On average, how long does it take to fully charge?
                        I also noticed that when it's charging it just says "fast charging" and it doesn't say Turbo. I tested my sister's RN 10 turbo charger to charge my RN 10s there it appeared written as a turbo charger and "super fast charging". In the first and second full recharge of the cell phone using this RN 10 charger, it showed that full charging would take less time than using the original RN 10s charger. In the third and fourth full recharge with this RN 10 turbo charger, it showed that the full charging time would be the same as using the RN 10s charger, 2 hours and 10 minutes.
                        This is normal? What do you have to say about this?

                          "Dual Stand-By" means you can you can use 2 SIM Cards at the same time and both are active but only one is connected to the internet depending on which sim card you choose you can choose it through settings without having to remove it.

                          Besides that this phone also has a dedicated slot for microSD so you can use 2 sim cards + 1 microSD.

                              ChuckTheSamsungLover, 04 Apr 2022Is it worth it to buy the 6/64 variant of this phone for 125$?Of course the answer depends on your needs, for general users the 6/64GB version is very sufficient because this phone has a dedicated microSD slot.

                              But if you're a gamer or someone who likes multitasking I suggest taking the 6/128GB or 8/128GB version because the internal memory is faster than microSD and you can also allocate 3GB for RAM extension while in the 64GB version you can only allocate 1GB.

                                Is it worth it to buy the 6/64 variant of this phone for 125$?

                                  Anonymous, 02 Apr 2022Is Redmi Note 10s better than the Realme 8?In terms of hardware the both phones don't have a significant difference so in the end it depends on which software you prefer.
                                  I prefer Redmi Note 10S because Xiaomi provides 3 years of updates and also Infrared which has been very useful in my daily life.

                                  The stereo speakers on the Redmi Note 10S to me are just for bragging rights because in everyday use I mostly use dedicated speakers or TWS.
