I've compared both lcd and oled screens side by side and yes, oled looks better but it's not worth risking getting a burn in. I don't have to worry about leaving my brightness on high for too long on lcds

REDMI NOTE 11 global version will come wi... moreWow, I was about to say 690 is going to be a big downgrade to Dimensity 810, then I just compared the chips, and they are pretty similar. 690 is even 732G level, but if you solely look at the names, it doesn't seem so! a pretty big surprise 😂

If this costs 100 dollars less than Redmi Note 10, all of a sudden, 90Hz Lcd will be an amazing deal. As MrTheWhoseBoss said, Price is the biggest component that can allow you to make a phone that will compete with rivals. Even Nokia could've made the X20 with a 60Hz Lcd a great deal if it was priced at half of what it is now.

And that's because Amoled displays are better. That's like saying, why are there more budget phones with 5000 mAh batteries than 4000 mAh, because 5000 mAh batteries are better, AND budget phones as of right now can afford to put it. Amoleds offer better viewing angles over Lcds. Anyways, if you want to have lcds, then get a Nokia, they have plenty of those.

downgrade in display but upgrade in performance. thats why they almost have same price. if ur a gamer go for note 11. if u want diaplay and camera go for note 10

Dimensity 810)) chipset like SD732 almost have Equal performance with it.
they r very close but 810 a bit better.
u can call it SD735... that never released...of course with 5G ability.
_SD735 was supposed to introduce in December 2019

I feel this is a stepback from Redmi Note 10 because that one has a SuperAmoled Screen, while this one revert back to an IPS, I don't get that..

Remember, Redmi Note 11 is meant to be an upgrade over Note 10, not Note 11, so having 732G performance is already an upgrade over 678. So far, camera is already an upgrade, as it does not have the useless macro or depth sensor, gives me a peace of mind. 😝
