Just got this phone today, lags like crazy even just with Twitter. Expected better from a Snapdragon chipset. Good job it's just a spare phone.

For general day to day use, Redmi Note 12 4g.
Don't get me wrong, the Realme is a good phone, but it lacks many features that someone may want in a new phone (Ultra wide Camera, a few sensors, etc.). Plus, on the opinions for the Realme 10, most people seem to complain about the Software being buggy. Don't count on it getting better as you only get 1 year of OS updates.

Even my phone (Redmi Note 12 4G) will get hot if I keep mobile data + demanding applications running, but it does not slow down due to this.

According to Xiaomi, MIUI 14 was redesigned from the ground up, which means that certain features available in previous MIUI versions are no longer present/working.
I would recommend using the "Invincible Dark" theme to remedy the gray control centre, as it turns it full black which is much better on AMOLED screens.

phone is great but as we know miui is buggy..for the 4gb variant icon animation is absent,notification centre isn't transparent....can close some apps for no reason...updates are always late....widgets are boring..i suggest you get the 6gb variant and above😤😤

This phone cannot shoot RAW. It doesn't have full capabilities on its camera. Don't buy this if you're looking for great pictures in the segment or price range. This phone produces crappy pictures. Your selfie isn't even in the standard level haha. 😂
