In GeekBench 6 the 7sG2 pulls ahead ever so slightly in both single and multicore performance. But I got this data from only one website (NanoReview) so it could be wrong.

I was kinda excited about it but then Qualcomm announced the 7 Gen 3 which sits between the Snapdragon 870-888... And now I want that one to be the chosen one for big distribution among new phones next year 😄

Received mine last week, no problems with carriers and coverage in Bulgaria. 5G is insanely fast to be honest, my last phone was Mi Note 10 Lite. Gpay and Revolut payments work well, no problems with Google Services. ~350 Eur for 16/512 version and fast shipment ~ 10 days. This phone is all I will probably need for 2-3 years, top stuff

At the €180 msrp this is an insanely good phone. Like, 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙮 good.

Redmi Note series has always been focused on great value, but this year's Pro model imo offers the biggest price to value ratio in quite a while. Improvements like a 1.5K display, a main cam that's actually solid, and a slightly larger battery makes it very enticing. And it still has the headphone jack!

The SD7sG2 is on par with the SD860 performance-wise, slightly better even.

Just got it. A pretty decent phone considering the price. Opted for the 512GB storage, 12+6GB RAM. Packs in Octa core running at 2.4ghz max. So far no lag or anything. Previous phone was a Redmi K20, so the difference in reaction feels a world of difference. 5G connectivity with NFC support, and best of all, a 3.5mm head jack! What can I ask for. Worth every penny.

Seems like €400-420 makes more sense for the 13 pro unless this is an upsell tactic.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023I know but is it any betterDown to preference mostly, I like curved because it looks and feels more premium but my brother likes flat displays because they work better with glass screen protectors.
