AnonD-508198, 26 Feb 2016How to update global rom ?? 7.1.4.0 ??? Without Pc is Possi... moreEverybody pls notice, the latest global stable rom is version 7.1.3.0 at the time i post this. If you see version 7.1.4.0 that is CHINESE stable rom.
How to update without computer is quite easy, easier to do it than to read my explanation here :D
1.Go to en.miui.com
2. Browse for global stable rom for redmi note 2 (the rom works for both prime and non prime version)
3. Download the file in zip, save to SD card.
4. Open tools->updater..
5. Tap (...) on top right.
6. Locate the zip file you just downloaded.
7. Follow the procces.. Wil restart several times. Just wait..

AnonD-506466, 23 Feb 2016Are using miu 6 or 7 , some says battery is very badThe battery is draining a bit too fast... maybe after I upgrade it from miui 7.1.3.0. to 7.1.4. Hopefully it will be better.

i buy Xiaomi redmi note 2 Everything is perfect. but 1 thing is bad Battery Timing. WHEN i charge my Phone 100% In normal usage battery drain after 1 hour 30 to 35%.. after 60% battery little bit slow down.. MIUI 7 7.1.4.0 Stable version.. any Solution for this???

i bought red-mi note 2 from China running stable ROM. my problem is the default app MI-store..even though i have Google app store installed in it ..whenever i try to download from browser, it takes to MI store not to Google app store. and in settings i could see the option for changing default browser, camera, and all ecept app store . no option available to change the default store.
i want to know that...does the global ROM comes with pre-installed Google app store or not??

1. Battery life extended a little bit.. (some people say 20-25%)
2. WIFI get better connection.. [MIUI 6 sometimes disconnected wifi automatically..but in MIUI 7 it's okay]
