Those are equal in my opinion.
Xiaomi note2 pros: removable battery. Miui updates
Meizu metal pros: fingerprint scanner, better build quality & appearance (metal).
I personally would still choose note 2 over meizu because i dont want fixed battery.

Thanks everyone for the help but i also want a fingerprint scanner with the Meizu metal has but there hasn't been a global rom announced yet and umm I'm so stuck because they but have the same chips and gpu and camera but I don't know if I should get the Meizu because at the moment it run YunOs over FlyMe
