I bought one ,32 gig version, has some bugs, cannot receive any SMS, you tube app and yahoo mail are not working, cannot use the hot spot on it , also play store cannot download app on mobile data and only works on wifi

Does anyone know, what SCREEN PROTECTION they use on this Redmi Note 2?? I know this is a cheap model, but screen 5.5'' with no protection makes no sense. I'm always for quality instead of quantity. Cheers

PS:mine is at muui 6.7.10
