i think xiaomi pay royalty to ericsson (like micromax, lenovo & other company) because they lost their sale in international market due to without memory card slot & pay extra money in snapdragon processor(cost may increse 15% to 25%). With royalty money cost of set may increase 1% to 2% only this is eaisy way for customer.
