I'm done with miui,touchwiz and all the other shitty UI's.. I have been using stock android for almost 4 years now. And guess what I'm using android pie on my redmi note 3. Its much more stable, feature packed and smooth when compared to miui. The problem with Xiaomi is they focus all their attention in giving MIUI updates. Its a sheer wastage of manpower and time. It took them so long to implement split screen in marshmallow. Who do they think they are? Google? They could have just given a nougat update and split screen wouldn't have been so buggy as it is now. Anyways Xiaomi makes the best hardware at a competitive cost. Regarding software, i guess not so much. Its probably the slowest. My Mi Max 2 still hasn't gotten Oreo.

Xiaomi will not release any android version upgrade for this model except miui(xiaomi's rom based on android) update.

Redmi is better than samsung in terms of performance Never hanged ever.
But samsung is better in build quality , Redmi devices bend, break, crack, scratch, heat easily
So performance vs Quality ! Most people need performance in this fast world !
Tip: Use the 9.2 Rom than 9.5 or 9.8 or any thereafter. I found the 9.2 as the best simply because it has better everything !

Fixed few bugs. And claims that security patch updated till July,2018.
But security patch was updated till July in last update itself.

Anonymous, 13 Oct 2018don't know why but its working is very slow....it always sh... moreSorry i cant help you much but you should try cleaning your mobile with security app preloaded on your device,there is cleaner app too. Clear cached data in your storage setting.
You can download third party apps from play store like clean master, du speed booster, 360 security cleaner,etc.
Some times users data are cleared by these apps if not operated carefully. Before clearing see what you/app has selected to delete/clear.check/uncheck or tick/untick items you want to delete.

don't know why but its working is very slow....it always shows that storage space is running out ..even if i don't download any apps and all......if i reboot it ...then it works well for 2 days and then it repeats same "being slow".i have asked some people who are using the same ....they don't have this problem....only mine is very slow......i just cant download my required apps as it is already very slow ....if i install the it becomes more slow
please can i get a solution

My battery charging is perfectly fine,
The only bug I found is in the split screen, if you try to do split screen, phone freezes for 15-20secs... Post that again works normal.
