If the brightness and contrast is set to automatic, the accelerometer seems to malfunction on the Redmi Note 3 which causes motion based games like racing games to not function properly, so set your brightness manually and set the contrast to increased contrast or standard so you can play motion based games flawlessly. On Redmi Note 3, this is a bug which seems to be hardware related as it hasn't been fixed in any of the software update and the only solution is to set the brightness and contrast manually.

Gyro is used for virtual reality/VR..
Do reboot nd check if pblM has sorted or not or else dial *#*#6484#*#* on ur phone dialer..u will enter CIT mode..
Go to accelerometer and do calibration..u r done..
