dont waste ur money.. by buying this piece of shit.. !! phone gets heat touch response is poor.. nd some times finger print sensora does not works plz dont buy this!

ksr, 26 Oct 2016I have purchase thru Amazon on 3.10.2016 sold by Green mobi... moreGo to official Mi service center and tell them the problem..Well Amazon replacement/return policy is of 10 days and I doubt they now do accept mobile phones return or replacement..Should have went to service center during first 10 days and get a DoA(Defect on Arrival) from them..With DoA i think they might have replaced ur phone in that 10 day period..Now it is too late bro..But visit service center once and see what happens..

I have purchase thru Amazon on 3.10.2016 sold by Green mobiles. From the day one I am facing some or other problem, today suddenly touch screen not working.
I do not know how to resolve this issue. Can I get replacement, of course I am writing to amazon also.
Local service center may support but I wanted to replace unit as it is.
