Why is it not possible to call 1977 for activating jio voice call even though this phone has got volte feature. Please help and thanks

the official website does not mention band 4 (1700/2100) but gsmarena says there is the band 4 so who is right ?
I saw on some forums, there is the band 4, is it by default on all phone version asia, america, worldwide ?
I emailed just before this comment xiami USA to know

This phone is best. Very fast charging.. camera is good. Fingerprint scan is good. Mind blowing processor. All function in this phone is good....

While you can't prove there is no bugs, I proved with complaints in miui official forum.
Miui official forum is significant, meaningful and more credible than what you have said without proof.
If only if one agree 100% with what you said and promoted, one is hater/demoter.
Why can't a real onwer complaints there are bugs in miui, even the stable version has bugs?
