new update make my phone cannot access to wifi. i can get wifi signal but no connection. when im try with oth brand it can access perfectly with wifi. ask cs xiomi to help me but like always useless. google bout this prob so its look not only me facing this prob. gosh xiomi note 3

Guys , I have very serious issue with Redmi Note 3 ..Not sure all the Xiaomi phones will have this same problem and the attitude from Xiaomi service team and their management also pathetic ..I am sure this post should discourage people buying Xiaomi phones ..
I have written to Xiaomi couple of weeks back & till now no response either mail or phone ...why they are showing such cruel adamant in hearing customer issues ? Are they think they are undisputed phone seller as of now...? but for how long , if they are not hearing customer issues ..?

I had discussion with your service executive yesterday.
- My Head phone jack is not working after giving to your service center for different issue
- I have spent Rs 395 /= to your service center till now and they damaged my Audi Jack and I have all the proof
- To repair the Head phone jack which was damaged by your service team , they are asking me to replace the entire Mother Board ..!!
- Which they are demanding to pay Rs 7500/= ...!!
- This is entirely due to incompetent service Engineer, Poor component quality and Design issue
- Why customer has to pay for all the above your issues ?

Top ... moreWell, yes the top and bottom is plastic for better network signal reception but the entire frame except the top & bottom is aluminium. I got the 3.5mm Jack replaced from a dead Redmi Note 3 and sold my Redmi Note 3 anyway. It served me well for over 1.5 year.. Except build quality, there was nothing to complain about it.

I ' m using this phone for about a year and still function like a high end phone and no problem at all.... this might not be the best phone but the best at its budget comparing to other brands.... and its 16mp camera can record 4K videos which is quite impressive..... thanks to Xiomi for a product like this..

Once it was dissembled for repairing, the aluminium frame never sticked properly. I had to used an armour case for worry free handling my RN3. I agree, build quality of RN3 isn't that great.

When opening the back pannel breaking down clips,
And can't fit perfectly again.
If possible avoid opening the case.
