Pros...
1 Battery performance increses better than Miui 7
2 doesnt warm or hit up even playing heavy games or wifi like Miui 7
3 some new features added like second space,dual app nd minor here nd there
4 sound control option added to volume up and down key if u click volume button its shows u media,ringing,alarm sound at the same time thats pretty cool no need to go in setting
5 smooth experience
Rather than others remain same
Cons
1 multitasking window little bit slugish not smooth as Miui 7
2 camera shortcuts gone need to handle with two hands apart from one hand like we seen in Miui 7
So overall Miui 8 is a booster for redmi note 3 much stable rom with very rare bugs may fix with next update

very good experience with mm there are few bugs as it is nightly of the global beta. it is very smooth. hope u guys will get the same within 2 months. games are smooth (not yet tried heavy games) music volume is very loud now

What can I do to open the file and where can I find the marshmellow update( on xiaomi page is info but that's it, and on android website I ca not find the right model)
