    Seema, 30 Aug 2016I bought my new redmi note 3 yesterday.it worked efficientl... moreIT happens with one of the updates of the phone...you can take it to service center and get the previous version installed then upgrade to mui8. I faced the same problem after 3 months and after update of some version of 7.
    Its a software issue.. before taking it to store.. you can try hardboot yourself. Press power and volume up button together for abt 10 seconds and the phone will reboot

      I can say sound has decreased in stable ROM..was good in beta ROM..can't even hear screen lock/unlock sound..And the Phone ring sound is very low than beta version..

                      Shut up, every phone heats up and so does the redmi note 3, its just that you haven't pressurised your phone to those levels... But the temperatures were never that high to worry and now they're even low, that's what I wanted to say...

Once I also got such big update, its the entire ROM... If you even download the entire update then it won't affect, but why waste the data...
