[deleted post]I am not degrading Samsung A5 its just opinion to buy Redmi Note 3. We can play big graphic games on Redmi Note 3 flawlessly. Even I too used Samsung flagship models. Samsung price will be reduced repeatedly. So rather than going for Samsung I prescribed Redmi Note 3. Not any personal grudge on Samsung

Laser autofocus is just as good as pdaf and has an advantage in low light over pdaf. Also pdaf fails to capture moving objects when there is constant change of environment. Phones which uses laser autofocus also comes with two focus, contrast detection and laser focus. Laser is for focussing closed up images and the contrast is for wide fields. Coupled with these two detections. Pdaf doesn't even come near.

Advantages of Mi Note 3 over Samsung A5:
1. It have better performance compared to A5
2. Massive battery which lasts for few days than A5
3. Superior build quality (specially to mention Aluminium)
4. Best mobile at this price range.
5. color output is awesome (not compared to A5)
Advantages of Samsung A5 over Mi Note 3:
1. Reputed Brand
2. looks
3. Earphones provided
There are more advantages in Note 3 rather than A5
There are some mobiles in this price range like Moto G4 Plus, LEeco Le2, One Plus 2, One Plus 3(price is high compared to this segment but awesome performance).
I have seen soo many mobiles released within this price range (below 20k). But nothing beats Mi Note 3. You can definitely go for it.

Dishant, 18 Aug 2016is it good phone to buy for gaming and surfing It can be used for every purpose. I completed NOVA 3 game in this.. Amazing graphics wont lag. for surfing also worth every penny.

just double press the volumn down key from the lock state( screen off state) it will launch camera. i dont know if this feature works in miui7 but it works in miui8 it is the fastest way to launch camera.

Snapdragon 615 in A5 2016 is a heater..I have used Snapdragon 615 present Canvas Knight 2 and I can assure that phone heats a lottttttt.. Snapdragon 615 is not good as compared to Snapdragon 650.. Snapdragon 650 in RN3 is way ahead of Snapdragon 615..The camera is good on RN3 and let's hope it gets better with software optimizations..Daylight pictures are very good..the camera falls apart in Low light conditions..As Miui 8 is releasing next week u have many new features and customizations..As i can see A5 is priced at 22,ooo INR..I will tell u go 4 RN3..U get it at 12,ooo...If u can increase ur budget u can get OnePlus 3 at 28,ooo..

Yea i know XReadmiN3 has better specs. But i want that my phone has good camera
(ps everyone say that a5 2k16 has awesome camera for price range). And i rly like that glass on the back of a5 2016 like s6 on back its realy cool. But still 2 gb of ram destroys multi tasking. And im that kinda guy. 2gb of ram is to little. It can handle most of the games. But cant nova 3, asphalt 8. And a bit more hardcore games. And xrn3 can.
And if we talk about note 3 i like it a lot. With 3 gb of ram and snapdragon 650 its realy good for multitasking and hardcore games. And camera on note 3 i almous like a5 2k16. So if you can pls say your opinions. And you can recomend some phones in this price range. I tought lg g4. And i dont want it... Battery sucks and not fan of leather back. Thanx. Recomend me some phones in this price range do.
