Some people have reported no connection, some have lags and a few others are getting no sound output. MIUI forum and their bug report is not of much use for this issue as no one responds properly.

I finally got my rn3 from mi store after 5 days of my registration.
It is so cool.great design and it feels awesome and display and touch are also very impressive.
Well camera is also good and i click some fine selfies too.nothing like average or poor i read in previous comments.i didnt install heavy game but games like coc and shadow fight run smoothly.u get 1.7 gb ram free and 26 gb and 26 gb rom.
Biometrical scanner is blazingly fast and open up ur mobile in less than .5 sec and other sensors work perfectly.
But the thing i most like about it is amazing speed on browsing.even on 2g network web pages open very fast.
No comment on battery becoz i spent only 2 hour on this phone.
This phone is performing beyond my expectations.

buy with no fear
i own huawei mate 8 and iphone SE and Samsung note 4 , now i ownes xiaomi redmi note 3 cause its a wesome in every thing starting from IR remote tv battery 2 FULL days with asphalt online gaming and god of war , its snapdragon processor, metal full body screen protection like gorilla but its comes from another supplier, coparing to all my phones i own right now i think xiaomi advance on them all ( but not my huawei ofcours lol ) but you can say that xiaomi is so close to my huawei mate 8 alittle bit, buy it coz price is good also
