Only facing two problems on RN3 (MIUI V8.2.4.0 MHOMIDI)
1 - MKV Video Playback is laggy in default video player.
2. 4G issues with Airtel SIM. In Prefer LTE Mode, Airtel 4G switches automatically to Airtel 3G.

After almost a year of daily use my phone is good as new, the only problem is that 16gb of storage it's becoming not enough for all the apps and it's data. I'm planning on rooting the phone and see what happens. Miforum has all the info.

Try these steps. It might help you.
Dont talk here about your opinion on Samsung Becouse I've used them and know their quality and the service centre people behaviour.

Since i'm updating to 8.2.4.0 , i think i am more satisfied rather than on 8.1.1.0
Except : - Laggy .mkv videos - brightness issue - Sensor which i rarely used on it. -4G lost(I still use 3G and it is fine with me). - Sync which doesnt appeared before..
But the lag on emulation are disappeared, charging is only max 3h and battery seems more better to use it for a day.
Headphone issue fixed for me.. mic is also working.
Heating is not an issue, not even heat much.. but i once reach 50°C which i fall asleep on bed when playing+multitask.
Overall for now.. i still love my device with well-known bug. Hope to get better updates than this one.

Piece of shit where sms is not working, can't reset to factory settings, even when I change password online, phone does not recognize it. What ever I tried, it's not working. Hope the company will go bankrupt

I have redmi note 3(16Gb&2Gb Ram) .it is a good phone and it have many features which i like. But has very serious issue . It has heating problem ,it becomes too hot , using for only 2 minutes on internet or games.
