Guys giving review after a using this fone for 2 months. Very genuine.i have critically examined this fone and writing this review which may b of ur help.
Very good configuration. The phone looks good too.
But it misses on many advanced features like gesture mode, double tap to wake locked screen., fingerprint scanner shud be used also for receiving cals, recording phone,etc,
Though u can lock apps but u cant hide it.
1- very slippery, does not give good grip while holding. Can slip from ur hand easily leading to breakage.
2- Main rear camera does not produce good colour or actual colour. It shows a blue tinge to every pic clicked. Also low light pics are of very poor quality. Less editing features.
3- front camera gives blurry pics 90% and of time. Also it pixelates. While taking selfie even if ur hand shakes a bit u get blurred pictures. Definitely this phone is not for selfi lovers.
4- this phone has very low sound volume and vibration . Ringtones are bearly noticeable even in ur pant pockets. U will surely miss on may phone calls becoz of low sound and vibration.
5. The quality of sound when music is played is very poor coz there are many songs that i played.. U cant even hear them properly and the quality of speaker is bad. A good song becomes bad over the speaker. Though when i connected to jbl earphones music was awsome.
6- THE phone gets locked as soon as the screen light gets off. U hav to press power button Or use fingerprint to on the display light every time when ever the screen goes off. No customization options available for the same. No screen doubletap wakeup and sleep feature.
7- the MI photo gallery is very boring, and lacks many setting and editing features in it.
9-buggy, yes it is.. While playing temple run2 the gyrometer stopped working and my runner was not tilting left or right. I had to reset the game to make it work.
10.big security issue in the inbuilt lock app setting. Eg. I locked my whatsapp with a fingerprint lock. Initially when opening whatsapp it asked for security code... Fine. Then when i closed whatsapp and instantly Opened it. it didn't ask for any security 2nd time.
In short. The lock applies to any app only after the screen lock gets activated. Or screen is locked.
11. GUYS U CANT C MISSED CALLS TOGETHER IN A LIST.
it shows all the recent call list but u cant view dialled, received or missed call's separate list. Toooo bad.
So many updates are required guysfor this fone to be user friendly.
I waited for 5 months for this phone and this is what they give after making such a big hype. I want to sell my redmi note 3.

Redmi poor camera, yes it does lag. I faced lag in temple run 2.
Low speaker volume, and boring ui.
Also camera goes urry in selfies even if ur hand shakes a bit.
Too big to fit in pocmrts and not so handy

If not, reset you device, still it doesn't work, try downgrading it to 7.3.6 or 7.3.7... Still if it doesn't get solved then you will have to visit the centre..

sir everytime i buy any smartphone for me or my fmly or frnds i always read your reviews and i also read peoples comments here...some numb geeks try to be smart but they are loosers ..Redmi note 3 is a blast i love it everything u tell about this smartphone is 100%true ....i am happy to post with my Redmi note 3 lol

Also, redmi note 3 has more raw power, your G4 is only good in the camera aspect, but fails in every other aspect... Moto devices have lot of bugs, which motorola doesn't even care to kill... Motorola is just a shitty brand, just like your opinions..

Hi guys, I'm planning to buy this phone, but Xiaomi will be releasing their latest phone for the redmi line this month and it has a mediatek processor. Are snapdragon processors really better than mtk processors? Because I've read some reviews that mtk processors tend to slow down or decrease in performance after a long term of use. So should I just go with this phone or wait the latest redmi phone? Pls answer TIA!
