Looks like this is bug with MiPCSuite. After trying multiple options - I was able to transfer files one by one using "File Explorer" option in PCSuite and Upload option. It doesn't work if I select multiple files in a folder.
For now, only practical option seem to be to use ShareIt and transfer selected files.

On MIUI 8,i have left device on music couple of hours,been on mobile net all the time and played games for about 5 hours,couple shots of pictures,some surfing on net and i got overall about 8 hours of usage with that combo and im very satisfied with that,same situation on my Redmi Note 3 MTK.

my redmi note 3 phone got dead within 2mths of purchase. and the service offered is also poor . my phone is in service centre for 2 weeks now and there is no information when i will get it back after repair.

Redmi Note 3 is a very worthy phn .. the problem which you have mentioned can be solved easily! Just search on YouTube "how to use both memory card and dual sim in Redmond note 3" and you will get many helpful videos! It's a bit tricky but if u get it right, you can use 2 sim cards a memory card together! :)

pros : Have been use this phone around a month (3/32) . Amaizing phone with great battery life. Performance is also cool. MOrtal combat , nova 3 have played throughout the day. but in the end of the day got 30-40% remain.
cons : camera is not up to the mark. it could be better. ram management is not good although i've got 1-1.5 gb free .

I have buy redmi note 3 from mi. Com on sale.. It accelerometer stop on playing games n after opening compass its again working properly is it prblm with all devices or my only??

AnonD-442052, 20 Jul 2016Check if any app is draining the battery and reset ur rn3...i reset my phone yesterday and today i got more than 6 hours of screen on time and am always on mobile data am kinda satisfied right now. can any clash of clan player tell me if i do heavy clashing much screen on time i might get on mobile data? coc kills battery pretty fast as i noticed in my previous phone. and those who using miui 8 developer rom, how much free ram you get?

battery backup is nearly 2days without charging and used with internet.
