Why the2nd slot for nano-sim can not work?
The specs said it is 2sim stdby enable.
Is there any necessary setting?

Shhzd amar, 11 Jul 20163 months? Thr 7.3.7 was released a few weeks ago..boss it means..phone is 3 months old and i updated with 7.3.7 recently. May be few people are not updating the things regularly

I'm not totally happy. first when I bought its 7.1.1 version and not root yet. I'm not sure does its effect HP performance or not. The issue with my prob is its too hot. I'm on data mobile almost a day and just use wechat Facebook WhatsApp.but too hot. I also check my internal memory is total only 10gb not 16 as mention.should I update and prob solve or just sell bck?

No service centre 4 xiome,heatimjg issue,no update info 4 next android ver.its btr to go sammy j7 which ll prvd marshmallow in future.dnt go with higher spec.

Both slot will accept 3g... I'm a single sim user. I'm using 3g in micro sim slot

Hello Ms,
I'm easily able to get E/3G(H or H+) & 4G on my RN3.
Try to reboot your phone.
If you want to manually select the networks go to settings ->Sim cards ->Cellular networks & close the choose automatically button & select from the 3G networks of your cellular provider.
First don't forget to restart your phone!
Which cellular providers did you subscribe to?

Did u buy it from snapdeal? but I think its not TVS eletronics it is there courier partner. Mine was gojavas, kept the product to itself from 9th july but didn't dispached from its facility. so after getting fustrated from 4 days I cancled it & bought it from Amazon since it is not on other sites.

Moreover it is not showing any 3g network on choose automatic option. Is your redmi note 3 shows 3g option? I changed the sim from another phone, but nothing happens. Which slot is preferably for 3g?
