Shhzd amar, 29 Jun 2016It won't delete any preinstalled app, the apps which 'you' ... morei havent used phone yet,, i need to cut sim which is regular one into micro and nanio than i will use it.
should i do it or not? because my friends suggesting me? i dnt know much more and may be they also dnt know so i have asked in this post

From yesterday I was using 2 sims with this device, the device was getting heated up more, than it gets up heated up with one... I don't know whether it was because of the 3G network on the other sim... Normally I use 4G with idea, that day I was using data through reliance which doesn't have 4G here..

Vibhu, 29 Jun 2016guys,I own rn3 .have been a month.it came with miui7.1.8.0 ... moreDon't worry about the update, if you skip any update the next update package adds up the features/optimisations that are in the previous update.. Also the network issues which got solved are the sim2 issues... The sim2 could not be detected... Does your brother also use the same sims that you use? Because, I feel that the networks on both BSNL and Aircel are not that great... Anyways, you can try this remedy, dial the code *#*#4636#*#* this will take you to the testing page, the phone information (1,2) indicates the sim (1,2) respectively... Just hit on the sim which you want to choose, then you will see the preferred networks, just select WCDMA only, if network is available then it will switch... But do remember whenever you go to a low network area just remember to put it on the auto mode again...

[deleted post]I guess you should reset your device once, if the problem still persists then apply for a replacement...

You should reset only if you have a problem or you get a major update... Like the next version or andriod etc... I'll reset if I have problems with MIUI 8...

before updating to (7.3.6).... no lagging , no heating problem at all..
after update(7.3.6).... sometimes lags, heated fast while gaming, and started to heat while browsing and using social network too.....
before updating to 7.3.6, while browsing and using apps.... i didn't feel a slight heating... my phone used to be cold... i was amazed....... is there any way to go back in 7.2.0 ???

guys,I own rn3 .have been a month.it came with miui7.1.8.0 out of the box .when checked for update found 7.2.5.0.I updated the device thinking that 3g-lte issue would have been fixed but still the problem persists .on searching cellular network s it only shows 2g networks (no 3g)......anyway I waited for an update 7.3.6.0 arrived i updated it to the current version still problem persists with bsnl and Aircel .....don't have any other sim to try out ......should I downgrade it to 7.1.8.0 then upgrade it to 7.2.3.0 which was supposed to fix network issues and then finally to 7.3.6.0 or it might be a hardware issue (which is very unlikely)? can anyone suggest what can I do to fix the problem ?
PS-THE DEVICE IS ALWAYS ON EDGE WHEREAS MY BROTHER OWNING XPERIA HAVE 3G NETWORK WHILE ITS STUCK ON EDGE IN MY RN3 (BSNL,AIRCEL)

Hi Team,
I am facing network issue on my REDMI NOTE 3,
sometimes network gone and sometime getting error while connecting my call (unable to connect, mobile is switch off),
what should i do. i also change 3-4 sim card but still facing same problem. Please advise ,
