you told me that -"visit the service center and get your device diagnosed"
for your kind information, i visit your service center, after check they told me your phone is ok,
and they say to me the IN CALL RECORDING PROBLEM shorted after new version.
so please tell me what can we do now, i face a big problem in in call recording, all recording with echo sound, a poor and worst recording in redmi note 3 mobile, after all in your service center so many people shouted regarding same problem.
you confirm me about new version, When will come your new version updates. tell me.
There were problems in the redmi note 3 phone ,then What was the need to bring for sale,
Why are you selling shit product to customer.
solve my issue or i went to consumer court.

... more3G/4G connection depends on your carrier and not the phone, these days because of the rains the signals get often disturbed...
Also, the 16gb variant has 9gb available, I don't know how you got 10gb.. The 7gb which is missing is used by the software....

love this phone except for the chinese apps installed which u cant uninstall and i hope sd card slot has its own slot. battery usage best in its class ,worth money spent.

Battery backup has been drastically dropped in the latest update.. before on my typical usage i was getting 5 to 6 hrs of sot.. now m getting somewhere around 4 to 4.5 hours of sot.
Note- both the above data is is given on The 3g/4g mobile data usage.
