seems to be a helpful portal for me to have an opition... moreThis is my first xiaomi phone, so I can't comment abiut durablity, but I have heard many good things about the durablity of this handset...
The build is very good, far better than the J3, but its a bit slippery, so you should take care of that...
After sales services are good only for software updates, if any part fails to work, than its equally troublesome in both of the handsets...
Also, the RN3 is far better than the J3...

What that coming over the China Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
The 2 GB version of this phone is about 160-180eu and you get:
2 cortex A72 1.8Ghz + 4 cortex A53
Adreno 510, 2GR DDR3, Quality build and 4000mah battery.
I upgrade from Galaxy Fame S6810p It’s like you go from 50cc scooter to 1100 GSXR :)
Next upgrade 2019-20 with a foldable phone from 5inch to 10 inch
By then I hope XIAOMI keep the good work cos I think by then will be grow maybe like Samsung and I really hope to keep the price fair as Samsung did in the past before NOKIA fade!
This phone can be compared with A9 2016 sure it’s have some lower spec than A9 but LOOK AT THAT PRICE DEFERENCE!!!!

this is also my first xiaomi device. after using sammy. go for it 1080p resolution is better for reading purpose. amoled also have some disadvantages like burning pixcel issue, pixcaleted issue. and IPS display on rn3 can go very dim which is excellent for night view

Hi,
seems to be a helpful portal for me to have an opition over these phones-
xiaomi note 3(16gb) and
samsung j3(2016)
both range 9-10k
guys i will b using smartphone at normal uses , reading alot (so display matters, may b amoled is better), normal gaming.
however my main concern of having this opinion is-
-the phone should help me out in longer run.... say 3-4 yrs.
-Hardware to have good quality to sustain longrun.
-sift availability of repair parts and helpful after sales service...
so that overall the sweet of the smartphone is not broken all along.
Below issues of xiaomi note 3 are refraining me from picking it, though bieng better among the two-
- Not sure if the parts have enough qaulity to sustain for 3yrs with same performance.
-Secondly since i haven't used xiaomi before so not sure about its grievance redressal and repair, parts availability.
So frnds who r using xiaomi phones may please help to suggest your views on quality of parts for longer run and after sales srvcs.
pls reply witg your noble opinions, i will be relying upon them to take a call! Thanks!!

ak, 06 Jun 2016guys is there any performance problem with redmi note 3 whi... moreYes slight stutter in some new very high graphics games,brothers a tale of two sons,oddworld munch oddysey and oddworld strangers wrath,we should request for vulkan graphics api when released for this fone,it will fix this issue I think since snapdragon 650 support open gl 3.1 which is compatible for vulkan.

2) the phone antenna is not strong and sometimes struggles to connect to mobile networks// No such issue noticed
3) speakers output is not good in speakerphone mode // No its quite good i use it frequently
4) main camera image quality is not very good// Yes its good in day light but low light it sucks, however many mobiles have this issue out of this price range. Yes if you are looking for good lens on mobile, then this is not the phone you have to buy. This phone is great worth for the budget we spent and pretty good hardware and speed
