Or try this steps go to settings >> additional setting >> battery >> >> manage apps power usage >> #first choose apps and select coustom mode and come back then select advance mode... This mode restrict the background apps when u close it

So many apps are not able to use the SD card.... You may have noticed that if you use a file transfer app the files goto the internal storage and not on the external storage...
