    I bought Redmi note 3 16gb frm amazon _ got delivery on 14th march _ I didnt get any premium feel in usage' used it till 27th march and raised return rqst bt they rejected as it was normal. Sold d 16gb variant for rs. 8400 _ waitimg fr Nokia c1 _ using LeTv 1s - lots of heating issue , camera quality is nt good _ totally unsatisfied by both d handsets'

But I have ... morebought mine through amazon simply because their delivery is superb ,i got my phone within 24 hours via normal delivery, but you should order more than 400 rupees for free delivery and mi website seem to be pretty new in dealing with online selling,they are doing this probably they have issues with third party sellers like amazon and flipkart and with mi5 they seem to choose to sell the phones only through their website

But I have returned a charger, and I got the replacement completely... Also if we have to replace a phone we can directly do it from the app in flipkart and amazon... But in mi.com that's not the case... In mi.com you have to first contact their customer care and then inform them about your problem, after that you will get numerous calls from their representatives asking for doing this and that in your phone... This will continue for some days until the case reached to the head... Then the head will judge the replacement...

                Frns even me too have the same doubt regarding Redmi note 3 mobile..is it supports 2 sims and SD card at a time??? Need advise of yours..
