Goto phone information ( 1 and 2 for respective sims) and there you will get the preferred network type... You can select there LTE only or WCDMA only... But it is not recommended to keep the phone on LTE only because in INDIA in 4G mode you cannot use the calling feature... Vo-LTE is yet to come in india..

The snapdragon 650 in the redmi note 3 is a entire new range of chipsets, these performance brilliantly... The redmi note 3 has a better display, better camera and a 3gb RAM variant ( which is most of the time unavailable)... The redmi note 3 is in every case a good buy, until you want a small 5 inch phone..

i bought the phone a weeek ago but it shows me a problem that both my sims don't work at the same time. if we insert single one then its working but in dual its failed. plz help

I brought Redmi note 3 16 GB phone 10 days back , first time i update the OS through updater option available in the phone, it was updated successfully.But yesterday again trying to update newer version , but after update the phone is not responding, only MI screen is appearing nothing else, and restarting the phone repeatedly.Today placed a return request.

I got this phone 2 weeks ago and every day i feel like i have unbox it just 2 min. aga. It's battery backup is amazing because this phone is full hd as full hd phone consumes much battery than hd or sd or qhd phone it baterry runs about ONE AND HALF day properly from 100%. It's processor is amazing as i have used about 7 GB of storage and there are no lags or hangs because of such powerful 2GB ram.It's camera quality is superb as hdr pics are amazing,full hd videos are also outstanding and front camera is much brilliant than other 15k to 20k phones in market .i can run asphalt 8 , modern combat , nova latest game , dead trigger 2 , dog cather , gta san andreas and other games B/W 1 gb to 2 gb. its display is too strong and also scratch resistant

Please some one tell me the solution.. I am using 32gb snapdragon version.. I am using 4G as well as 3G on this device.. In the nework selection there is only 3G preferred and 4G preferred network mode. But only 3g or 3g-4g or 4g mode not available. Is there any way to get this mode.. Please some one
