If I touch the metallic portion of the unit while it is in charging mode it gives a shock. Not a safe instrument.. Has anyone experienced this? This happens when you are bare footed.

Headphone is working fine, but when i connect with another speaker (usb speakers) it doesn't work although it shows connected singnal...but the sound comes from phone's speaker...any solution????
