You should definitely go for a replacement. After all its not a Rs.251 smartphone. Do a factory reset before going for a replacements and check, sometimes this may solve many of the issues.

One who bought the redmi note 3 reported that the fingerprint sensor can only be used to unlock the phone. Can't be used for applock/photo capture. When he contacted the cc, they told its not fully functional. May be functional after an update (but not confirmed). Finally,they are selling incomplete product!!! Hello YouTube reviewers..... Forgot to check this functions???

Received the phone 4 hours back.. After use of 4 hours the impressions are
1) Nice finger sensor
2) Design is nice, looks good
3) Nice display
4) Sound quality is good
5) Both SIMS are working fine..
6) Nice battery backup
Cons:
1) One micro SIM + One nano SIM OR One micro SIM + Memory Card
2) Heats up while charging and long time talk.. Not yet tested with gaming
3) RAM availability is less than 1gb always
4) Internal memory availability is 9.3gb
5) Incompatibility with my existing two ear phones
6) Camera is not upto the mark
7) Low front speaker sound for call
8) Struggled a lot to prepare the SIM 2
9) The screen goes blank some times after unlocking then have to touch the home botton
10) Phone is ringing but no call showing on the screen.. Shown after clicking the unlock botton.
11) Not a good buy indeed
Should i go for the replacement???

Dearest gsmArena and xiaomi friends and followers.I myself love the beautiful contests of technology and electronic among all brands unbiasedlyAlso criticisms must be constructive but not destructive!!Plus I care what's made not who is made those high quality popular devices!Xiaomi or red rice golden Apple of China is doing very well these days amazingly.This Note3 pro snapdragon with high design,features,performance stays in upper midrange category!I have seen no flaws in it yet by testing it in my lab.As one friend wrote here,there's difference between Made in China or made by China!!But xiaomi of China proved that even made by China can be the high,higher,and the highest too unlike some false accusations against these best very affordable phablet smartphones!!!?I myself though I have several of different smartphones plus,love to have this Note3 pro with Snapdragon of course hopefully the built in 32 gig one with 3 g Ram and 4000mah battery with external micro SD....I hope they don't consider this slogan!?Long live peace,friendships,all people of the world,China with great civilization,Xiaomi not to forget constantly updating upgrading all its devices that,that is so as I read Plus factwriting gsmArena....!I love you all with the best regard and respect without any discrimination!Go China.Go Xiaomi.Do it best...Wishing the best for those enjoying having it and may like writing their views!Only Hope.Justice Rights.Omid12omidvar....

Anonymous, 14 Mar 2016No it doesntHi guys this is my detailed review... I bought this from flipkart on January 15 via the flash sale. It has a superb quad HD screen. It's better than the Xperia Z5! The camera is 32 mp, olx sensor. It takes excellent pictures due to the wide angle lens. Touch is great. It has metal like iPhone and the version of Android is marshmallow.. 4 gb RAM makes the phone buttery smooth. It had 3 sim slots and 2 micro sd card slots. Price to spec ratio is awesome. 2 months with this phone and I can say it's the best. No heating. Slightly heating but since its waterproof you can dip in cold water to cool it back. Experience is great since the miui 9 was released in March.

San_CSE, 11 Mar 2016does redmi note 3 have external memory card slotyes but it's hybrid slot either second sim or micro sd,no dedicated memory card slot
