It was delivered on 12th March morning.
The phone is awesome.
However those who have choice for " Dark grey I must tell you that I also wanted dark grey but on receiving the dark grey variant it was found the dark grey is not " DARK" grey as it looks on web page. the colour is actually look just as silver. so dont be under impression that dark grey will be like apple dark grey.

After using the redmi note 3(16gb gold) now i can say its a very nice phone in 10k. look is awsm, no problem in reading sim and memory card (16 gb), nice display, OTG supported(if not work properly dan format SD wid mobile itself), front cam is superb nd rear camera is fyn, decent battery backup (use original charger n cable only for fast charging), fingerprint scanner works superb, no heating issue, call quality good, all sensors r working, games r running smoothly, antutu score 73500 so go for it... Gud luck frnds...
