please answer me, in the website Mi dot com said that redmi note 3 is full with network (china netcom) is this mean that this phone only for china? means Sim locked? I am From Indonesia and my Friend just bring me this phone in 20 January , so, can I use it in outside china network?

if redmi note3 pro realy score 75k+ on antutu then how it can be cheaper then redmi note 3 which has one score 52k+
it doesnt have sense
how pro version can have better rear camera,and bigger battery and be cheaper for 30$
