I just bought redmi note 3 few days ago. Today suddenly my phone freeze, press power button but cannot tap power off. Try fingerprint to unlock still cannot go to home menu. Cannot reboot or turn off. What should i do ? Do i need till battery empty to turn on phone again ?

Same problem...too bad this time the phone is very poor compare to last 2 Redmi Note's.
I had touch screen issues after 2weeks of purchase. Battery is good/Perfomance 3/5
Overall better look for alternative models and not this...Frustrating when I had to wait for 1 month for the screen to be replace by Xiomi Service Centre.

I have bought Redmi note 3 but it gets warmer while charging which is a bit disappointing.

this is the wrst phn ever..evr the srvc cntrs are not good...they kepy phn for 1 month and today on diwali my ohn"s tch is again not wrking...this company shld be banned

very bad & worst phone. i purchased on 28th oct . it hardly wokred for 1 hour. after that touch screen not working. dual sim not working. customer service very bad. no one give responce and the technical team unable to resolve the actual problem.
my advice not to purch all red mi products

I couldn't make any call suddenly but all other function are working like I can connect net and can send a message to all but call I cannot connect to anyone. I checked in all way like restart reboot and all..kindly please help me anyone..?

Some days ago I bought and after using it for 10days the touchscreen didn't function..... But after two days it started working automatically.... What's the reason..???
