I have purchase Redmi note3 this is not supportable for reliance jio welcome offer this set is not able to generate baar code and not only me but my 10 friends is also suffering with this issue

I purchased redmi note 3 and
I has an issue....its so annoying......when i on the device
Suddenly other programs starts working like google ,
One hand mode ..and i cannot use it further..then i turn off it and restart it but it occurs again ..what shall i do .
Please help me ???
