I have been using redmi note 3 for 3 days and it is an excellent device in this price point.. It has a great battery life fast fingerprint sensor and a good display.. Built quality is awesome..
I need one help, whenever I try to copy or move any files I got one dialogue i. e
Please choose the root directory
Memory card name (/storage /sdcard1)of external so card to grant ES permission to operate
Plz please help me... Thanks

Anonymous, 28 Apr 2016Nice device, but not for MIUI. the system always shut down ... morenot only the autostart. u need to set the network settings in Settings > Additional Settings > Battery & Performance > Manage apps battery usage > Off, and choose apps > your apps > Custom > Stay Connected. Uninstall unused apps for more free ram. assuming you are using MediaTek version because you commented here, there are many slim (no trash) custom rom you can get and you dont even need to unlock your phone's bootloader because you can install it using SP Flash Tools.

Phone gets heated while normal use also.Not recommended to buy.

Nice device, but not for MIUI. the system always shut down applications that are running even music being played until not receive notification of the whatsapp etc. Yes I know about the autostart set in the settings but it does not work. This is very whorstl and I hope Xiaomi MIUI can fix it on the next.
I use a 2Gb version and always only remaining ram 200-500mb.

its total worst performance phone .its getting frequently hang and switch on and off problem .and getting hot immeditaly during charging and gaming time
