During the first few months the phone works fine. When some time passes, problems start popping up. The battery starts to drain very fast, up to 1% when watching films, when gaming you can expect to loose up to 3% or 4% a minute. The phones speed starts to decrease, it starts to lag and overheats quickly. Resetting to factory settings doesn't help.

IN Indian version, it doesn't have BAND1 LTE network, BSNL 4G Which is at BAND1 (2100Mhz) cannot be accessed by this phone.

In case of anyone is still looking to buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 even now, it has Android 7, MIUI 11 after updates over the three years. It works very well. I recommend it to anyone.

May be your camera sensor is different than the one on mine(Xiaomi actually uses 3 different camera sensors for rear camera with Sony Exmor RS IMX258 being the best out of the three).

You must make sure that you do not charge it to 100%. Use apps like Battery charging notifier and set percentage like 90% for battery high and your battery will run to its maximum life. Also root your phone and install Adaway to remove all ads. Ads also suck battery juice.
