I am using this phone for nearly 3 years and I did not find any issues. the phone is very fast. I have even played PUBG and Asphalt 9. There was a bit of heating issue but this device handled very well. After updating this device to MIUI 11, the camera performance has slightly improved- the autofocus detection handled well. this device supports upto 15W charging which you have to buy it separately. The audio quality is excellent if you are an audiophile user.

I bought this mobile by the end of 2017. 6-7 months later I started to encounter issues with the charging USB port; it started to be slippery and the charging cable didn't seem to attach firmly when connected. I had other problems as well as time went by, like very annoying bouncing in the power button, the phone registering multiple screen touches while put in my pocket and most recently the screen adhesive material loosening to the point that the screen now pops out a little outside the frame. I never recommend buying this phone.

My Redmi Note 4, now 4 years old. Not even changed battery. Recently replaced mic charging board Rs. 250 and Volume power key combo Rs. 250. Phone should be easy to operate with one hand. I can't buy new phone no... I have enough money however I don't like big size phones more than 5.5 inch with so many cameras (marketing gimmick) so still using Redmi Note 4 very reliable phone from Xiaomi. More 4 years it can work InShaAllah.

During the first few months the phone works fine. When some time passes, problems start popping up. The battery starts to drain very fast, up to 1% when watching films, when gaming you can expect to loose up to 3% or 4% a minute. The phones speed starts to decrease, it starts to lag and overheats quickly. Resetting to factory settings doesn't help.
