Hiby, 31 Jul 2017I had done factory reset multiple times and the issue still... moreYes ask them to change the motherboard. If you are covered under warranty then it should be free. Future tip: Do not play at maximum volume. Prefer earphones first if you are listening for long time. If you have songs then use a PC Software called Mp3gain 1.2.5 to normalize the maximum volume of songs like some songs are low volume and some are high volume, this software will normalize or make the sound equal. Set 82db as it is decent value.

this mobile has several problem like network reception,touches
sometimes freezing, speaker,mic, after using 1 month I am beyond dissapointedith this mobile. plz do not waste money to buy it.

This phone signal reception sucks!! Calls are suddenly terminated due to loss of signal, very bad reception, used a samsung galaxy before and it worked like a charm!! With full signal and never lost the phone reception. This alps has tweaks were the ring volume automatically drops, calls are being made with out dialling, I am really disappointed with this stupid phone. I prefer a Samsung anyday or an apple if it's within budget.
