You can buy on Mi official website (You can download Mi Store App from Playstore which is convenient option).
I dont know in which country you are. Check the 4G capabilities of your network provider and what this phone offers. Its running good in my country Hyderabad, India.

i bought redmi note 4 yesterday and i found that the notification lights will only turn on while charging.., the notification lights will not light up when receive the message ,.fb notification etc...i have turned on the notification lights for these apps through the setting but it cant help..what can i do?

Redmi note 4 is slightly Vibrate While Charging. It's feels like little shock when touch the back metal cover. Is it Normal ?

The same performance as the RN4 The difference is it has Snapdragon 652 chipset on it on it however it has some storage issue since that it has no micro sd card and its only on the maximum of 32GB internal and sad thing it has no 3.5 jack either. But its the same pricing as the RN4:)

For 200$ what can you recommend phone to me? Except for redmi note 4. Does have a good battery life, camera, gaming performance phone and good quality.

The best think about this phone is so good battery backup. The 625 version has more less power consumption than helio version. For normal user (social app, email, etc) its enough for 2 days.

Anonymous, 24 Apr 2017You mean screen recorder I think what he/she meant is to cast your phone display to device such as smart TV using Wi-Fi Direct. Then, the answer is probably yes since this phone has Wi-Fi Direct connectivity. But I cannot say for sure since I don't own the phone (yet).
