Usually 1KB = 1024 bytes but manufacturers use 1KB = 1000bytes so for 64GB they considered as 64000000000bytes that equals 64000000000/1024/1024/1024 ~= 59GB out of 59GB SOME memory reserved for system so you will get 56GB and from 56 GB 4 GB used for installing application and remaining 52GB used for media (files audio video images)

Yeah me too... i have heart about heating issues.. some people also says that the temp. doesnt rise above 38 degree while some says that it has extreme heating issues... whats the truth in reality?.. does some phones have manufacturing defect as its sd625 thats made with 14nm process, which so far shouldnt get heated even with extreme uses... so really does it?...

I got this device on 25th, dark grey 4gb 64 gb version , its very good, looks premium the default theme is looks like iPhone and there are tonns of customization too many features and miui8 is very decent sounds are enough loud and decent not like low quality chinese mobile. call reception is very good but i don't feel its 4gb ram because its working like 2gb ram im not satisfied with ram but its OK manageable storage is 56gb and usable is 52gb only i don't understand why they mentioning 64gb memory. Touch is good smooth.

There is problem of battery draining in redmi note 4. Battery is draining very fast. Android system is using much more power please fix these issues fast

And king root is the software to root your mobile. There are so many options to root a device. You can take a look at miui forum. Root may void your device warranty (xiaomi claimed it won't void warranty) so do at your own risk
