Today I'm charging it and it took 2 hours to reach 1% to 28% so yes in 7 hours may be it reaches 100%
Have you charged again or still the same problem ?

I really appreciate the knowledge you accumulated on Redmi Note 4 however one should not answer if he himself is not a user of the phone and this will avoid speculations. Thank you for understanding. This message is applicable to all people. Do not answer the questions with regards to Redmi Note 4 if you do not have the device. This will help in saving time as the thread grows longer.
By the way i received my Redmi Note on 28th Feb and KingRoot is not able to root the device :(
Xiaomi has locked the bootloader as many manufacturers are doing this including Lenovo. We must send them request to unlock bootloader and in 10 days Xiaomi will or will not unlock bootloader. Once bootloader is unlocked, rooting possibilities increases. Waiting for 10 days.
